There is nothing you have to prepare. If you have them to hand, your existing policy schedules, a recent payslip and a rough list of your debts help us see the whole picture sooner — and if not, we start from a blank page.

The conversation

We talk about your life: who depends on you, what you earn and owe, what you are saving towards and what worries you. Products only come up once we understand what they would need to do.

The written summary

You receive a short, plain-English summary of what we discussed: what is already in place, where the gaps are and what we suggest, with costs, exclusions and trade-offs made clear. You take it home; nothing is decided in the room.

The follow-up

Once you have had time to read it and ask questions, we put in place only what you have chosen. And when life changes — a new job, a marriage, a baby — we revisit the plan with you.
